Bob is a Control Systems Engineer with 26 years experience in design, start-up, operation and maintenance of Distributed Control Systems and Safety Instrumented Systems on multiple petrochemical and utility boiler processes. Currently, he is the corporate DCS Technology Leader in the Union Carbide subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company, consulting on and troubleshooting DCS designs, installations and upgrades. He is responsible for DCS Design Standards and is a leader in DCS user organizations. His past assignments have included leadership of a plant control systems engineering group and discipline design teams.
